Meet our Staff
Lisa Business Administrator
Lisa is the Business Administrator for Alex Bell Dental and has been with our practice since 1987. She handles all the business affairs for the practice on a daily basis. She takes pride in offering exceptional customer service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, extended family, and friends. In the summer, she enjoys traveling.
Vickie Insurance Coordinator
Vickie is our insurance coordinator here at Alex Bell Dental. She has been with our practice for 12 years. Vickie loves working with patients to help them with any questions they may have. In her spare time, she loves to cook, bake, and sew. She also enjoys watching sports, especially the Buckeyes, Bengals, Reds, and Blue Jackets! Vickie is married with two beautiful daughters, granddaughters, and grand pups!
Melissa Dental Hygienist
Melissa has been a Registered Dental Hygienist at Alex Bell Dental since March 2003. She enjoys working at Alex Bell Dental because she believes in the philosophy of care. Melissa enjoys working with people and helping to improve their overall health. She is a graduate of Sinclair Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Melissa is married and has three kids, a grandbaby and two dogs. Melissa enjoys biking, skiing, running, and camping in the fall and summer.
Kim Dental Assistant
Kim is an Expanded Function Dental Assistant. Having many years of experience in the dental field, Kim elected to further her credentials by completing advanced training through Sinclair Community College in 2007. She has been with Alex Bell Dental since 2004, working side by side with doctors to make sure patients’ dental needs are met. Kim is married and has two children, Callie and Cole. She enjoys listening to podcasts and following her kid’s sports in her free time.
Kaitlin Dental Assistant
Kaitlin is a Certified Dental Assistant passionate about complete health dentistry and educating patients on the oral-systemic connection. She has been working alongside Dr. Cobb at Alex Bell Dental since May 2013. Originally from Muncie, Indiana, Kaitlin graduated from Ivy Tech Community College in 2011 with her technical certificate in dental assisting. Kaitlin enjoys anything fitness and Wright State University athletics in her free time. Kaitlin is married and has two children, Reid and Ryan.
Jaclyn Dental Hygienist
Jaclyn is a dental hygienist at Alex Bell Dental and has been here for about a year and a half! Jackie enjoys adventures like skydiving, hiking, and traveling with her family. She takes pride in raising her amazing, caring, and strong daughter. Jaclyn also served in the U.S. Navy, where she decided to go into the dental field. Her favorite part of being a registered dental hygienist is patient education, helping the patients understand diseases and how to prevent them with good home care techniques.
Cara Treatment Coordinator
Cara is our treatment coordinator here at Alex Bell Dental. She began working in dentistry immediately after graduating high school and has never looked back! Cara also has a background in dental assisting and holds a Certified Dental Assistant certification. She has always enjoyed building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable in the dental office. Outside of work, Cara is married and is kept very busy by her two young children, Aubrey and Ashton.
Sandy Dental Hygienist
Sandy is our newest hygienist who moved here from Oklahoma. She graduated hygiene school from Rose State College in 2013 and got her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She genuinely cares about her patients’ needs and is eager to build meaningful relationships with the community. Sandy is married with two daughters. They also have 2 dogs and a little orange cat. When Sandy is not at the office she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring this beautiful state.
